Traditional pulp molding production equipment is relatively large in size, requires the coordination of multiple systems, and has low flexibility. The cost of sampling molds is high, and the sampling cycle is long. However, the ZAMS-6047 equipment, which is specially developed and designed for sampling, simplifies the complex operation of the entire pulp molding system, making it easy to use.
ZAMS-6047 is an all-in-one automatic sampling line that integrates pulp crushing, pulp refining, pulp mixing, pulp supply, molding and hot pressing in one machine. It condenses large-scale factory equipment into a single device that occupies only about ten square meters. With this compact equipment, the industry goals of fast sampling, low mold cost and low sampling cost can be achieved. It is suitable for sampling and small-batch production of exquisite and high-end inner liners or outer packaging products, such as those for handicrafts, mobile phones, daily necessities, cosmetics and digital products. This equipment enables more enterprises to enter the pulp molding industry conveniently and quickly, and apply pulp molding products—thereby lowering the entry threshold of the pulp molding industry and promoting the vigorous development of the sector.

Primary Pulp Board from the following plants
The commercial primary pulp board for producing disposable tableware is usually chemical pulp or chlorine-free ECF pulp ,can be purchased from paper making manufacture. One-year plant fiber is the proven more proper raw material for pulp molded tableware production for the fiber length is shorter,like sugarcane bagasse fiber,bamboo fiber,wheat straw fiber,reed straw fiber or some offcut of office paper.Wood fiber or bamboo fiber would be added by certain ratio for producing some products of complex structure or deeper products.
