The ZAD-8565 is a full-automatic high-end industrial packaging equipment with forming and hot-pressing function. It realizes molding via precision pulp feeding, which not only reduces basis weight deviation but also simultaneously addresses the issues of pulp deterioration and contamination circulation.
With a reasonable template size, the equipment is suitable for maximizing the layout of various industrial pulp molded products, featuring high efficiency and high productivity. The entire equipment covers a small area, and its transfer template can be optionally equipped with a hot-pressing function. It boasts a stable structure, modular design, and few vulnerable parts, thus achieving the goals of easy operation and debugging, easy maintenance, and low failure rate.

The commercial primary pulp board for producing disposable tableware is usually chemical pulp or chlorine-free ECF pulp ,can be purchased from paper making manufacture. One-year plant fiber is the proven more proper raw material for pulp molded tableware production for the fiber length is shorter,like sugarcane bagasse fiber,bamboo fiber,wheat straw fiber,reed straw fiber or some offcut of office paper.Wood fiber or bamboo fiber would be added by certain ratio for producing some products of complex structure or deeper products.
