Automatic Dry Press Pulp Molding Production Line

This dry press production line is equipped with 4 pulp suction forming stations, 4 cold pressing stations, 1 double-layer double-row drying machine, 4 hot pressing stations, and 4 horizontal transfer and flipping units. The equipment features convenient mold installation and removal, high mold change and commissioning efficiency, and strong advantages in frequent product changeovers. It is compatible with large-size molds, reducing the investment cost of customized tooling. The line is mainly used for manufacturing environmentally friendly molded pulp products such as cup holders, egg trays, and other molded fiber food packaging products.

The entire line adopts a full servo control system, ensuring flexible operation, precise positioning, and stable performance. The mold plate layout is rationally designed to maximize the arrangement of various food packaging products. Processes including forming, cold pressing, drying, hot pressing, and material transfer between stations are completed through gantry robot systems, enabling fully automated production.

Compared with traditional rotary drum-type equipment, this production line features a simplified structure and highly interchangeable wear parts. The mold stations are exposed, making mesh mold cleaning and equipment maintenance more convenient with lower maintenance requirements. Routine operation and maintenance can be performed by standard technical personnel, reducing the overall operating threshold.
