The ZBG-1111 production line is a fully automatic premium meal packaging production line featuring one molding station, two hot pressing stations, and one punching/trimming station, with robotic transfer. It is characterized by low energy consumption, high productivity, and high quality, suitable for manufacturing eco-friendly pulp molded tableware products such as paper plates, paper food containers, paper bowls, paper cups, and egg trays.
With full servo control, the entire machine ensures flexible, precise, and stable operation. Its reasonable mold plate size maximizes the layout for various meal packaging products. The equipment has a compact footprint, with molding, shaping, trimming, and stacking fully automated within the machine. Designed with a robust structure and modular design, it has few wearable parts, enabling easy operation, debugging, maintenance, and low failure rates.
