Fully Automatic Industrial Packaging Offline Die-Cutting Production Line LHNS-8560
LHNS-8560 is an offline die-cutting production line designed for industrial packaging products. After manual loading, the machine automatically performs feeding, die-cutting, waste removal, and finally conveys the finished products out through a conveyor belt. The automated process reduces labor requirements while ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The main sliding components adopt a linear guide structure, improving machine rigidity, positioning accuracy, and service life. The die-cutting machine utilizes a servo-driven linkage mechanism, providing stable operation and high precision. The feeding, conveying, die-cutting, and unloading systems adopt a fully electric control solution, enabling more precise and coordinated motion control. The production line features high-speed operation, stable performance, and reliable efficiency.
