This is a newly developed fully automatic spraying machine featuring a four-hopper design and equipped with 24 spraying barrels. With one-time material loading, the machine can continuously operate for an extended period, enabling one operator to monitor multiple machines simultaneously.

Process Flow:
The automatic feeding mechanism picks products from the hoppers and transfers them to the positioning station. After secondary positioning, the products are accurately arranged. A transfer gantry then moves the products onto the trays inside the spraying barrels, where automatic rotary spraying is performed. After spraying, the unloading gripper transfers the products onto the mesh conveyor belt of the tunnel oven. The products enter the drying line for drying, followed by air cooling. Finally, a robotic arm picks up the finished products and places them onto the rear conveyor for stacking.

The entire production process is fully automated, featuring high efficiency, safety, and reliability. The main sliding components adopt HIWIN linear guide structures, which enhance machine rigidity, positioning accuracy, and service life. Key systems including feeding, conveying, spraying, and unloading are driven by a fully electric control system, ensuring more precise and coordinated operations. The machine delivers high-speed performance, stable operation, and reliable production efficiency.
