ZAP-9585 FULLY AUTOMATIC PULP MOLDING HIGH-END INDUSTRIAL PACKAGINGFORMING MACHINE
The ZAP-9585 is an all-in-one automatic high-end industrial packaging production machine that uses electricity as
its heating source and integrates forming and hot pressing.The machine uses a precise, self-circulating pulp supply and
dynamic pulp replenishment to prevent pulp deterioration and contamination issues, while also reducing the grammage
deviation of the products.
The entire machine features a large working surface with small-template combinations to accommodate various
product layouts. This effectively lowers mold costs while achieving high-yield economic benefits. The optimized template
size also allows for a maximized layout of other types of pulp molding products, making it highly efficient with a large
capacity. The machine has a small footprint and includes a post-hot-pressing product retrieval mechanism for added
production convenience.
