The ZAKS-9595 Cup Lid Production Line is an integrated, fully automatic cup lid manufacturing equipment that combines hot pressing, trimming, vision inspection, and packaging functions in one unit.The entire machine features targeted designs in cup lid mold plate utilization, cavity layout, and air circuit configuration, enabling it to better align with the production process characteristics of cup lid products.The forming module achieves molding through precise pulp feeding, which effectively reduces gram-weight deviation. The trimming module adopts servo control, ensuring accurate positioning and rapid response.The vision inspection module utilizes multi-camera and multi-angle setups combined with exclusive vision algorithms, reaching an industry-leading level in contamination detection, and is equipped with a rejection device.The packaging module also uses servo control, delivering high efficiency and a counting function.
The reasonable mold plate size of the entire production line enables maximum layout adaptability for various industrial packaging pulp molding products, featuring high utilization efficiency.With a modular design, the entire production line can be adapted to meet the needs of multiple production methods and is easy to operate.
