HCK-1111 is a newly developed online side hole punching machine for lock boxes. The transfer platform connects with the upstream equipment (turnover unloading machine). After receiving products from the transfer platform, the lock boxes are transferred into the side hole punching unit. The feeding mechanism places the lock boxes into the punching station one by one, where the punching mechanism performs side hole punching. After the punching process is completed, the unloading mechanism transfers the lock boxes onto the discharge conveyor belt, and the finished products with side holes are automatically conveyed out.

The entire production process is fully automated, featuring high efficiency, safety, and reliability. The main sliding components adopt HIWIN linear guide structures, which improve machine rigidity, positioning accuracy, and service life. The feeding, conveying, punching, and unloading systems adopt a fully electric control solution, enabling more precise and coordinated motion control.
