Hanson ZFG-1111: Fully Automatic Full Servo Pulp Molding Tableware Production Line

The ZFG-1111 production line is a fully automated, high-quality tableware manufacturing line. It consists of a pulp molding machine, a hot press, a trimming/cutting machine, and a horizontal flipping machine, arranged in a straight-line configuration. The line utilizes a gantry robot and robotic arms for automatic product transfer. It features low energy consumption, high production capacity, and excellent product quality. It is suitable for producing eco-friendly pulp molded tableware, such as paper plates, paper fast-food containers, paper bowls, paper cups, and egg cartons.
The entire machine adopts full servo control, enabling flexible, accurate and stable production operation. With a reasonable mold plate size, it is suitable for maximizing the layout of various food packaging products. The machine occupies a small floor space, and processes including forming, shaping, edge trimming and stacking are automatically completed inside the machine. It features a stable structure, modular design and fewer wearing parts, thus achieving the goals of easy operation and debugging, easy maintenance, and low failure rate.
